Day 25: Learning to Forgive Yourself

Releasing the Weight of Regret

Reflection: Holding onto past mistakes can weigh you down and keep you from fully embracing self-love. Forgiving yourself doesn’t mean forgetting—it means choosing to move forward without carrying shame. God's grace is bigger than any failure. If He has forgiven you, you must also extend that same grace to yourself.

Scripture: "As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us." — Psalm 103:12

Action Item: Write a letter of forgiveness to yourself. Acknowledge any past mistakes, but also remind yourself that you are growing and learning.
